Three products under one name. EduLink School Management runs a school’s admissions, attendance, exams, report cards and fees. EduLink Tutor connects families with verified university students for private tutoring. EduLink Academy offers online classes with expert instructors and a verifiable certificate.
No — they are independent. A school can use School Management on its own, any family can use EduLink Tutor, and anyone can learn on EduLink Academy. Use one, or all three.
EduLink is built in Ethiopia, for Ethiopian schools and families.

School Management

It depends on the size of your school and the modules you use. Book a demo and we’ll send a quote for your school.
Weeks, not months. We set up your classes, fee structure and student list, train your staff, and then parents get their logins.
Yes. EduLink School Management can be installed on your own hosting with the setup wizard, or on ours. The database belongs to the school — you can back it up or move it any time.
Yes. You can take a backup whenever you like, and automatic backups run on a schedule.
Yes. There is a full Amharic interface, and each user can switch between Amharic and English.
For official papers, yes: transcripts show both Ethiopian and Gregorian dates, report cards use the Ethiopian year, and birth dates can be entered in the Ethiopian calendar. Day-to-day records such as attendance and fees use Gregorian dates.
Yes. Both levels run in the same system, each with its own exam module, report cards and transcripts.
For each term EduLink adds up every student’s marks and ranks each section, with ties sharing a rank (1, 1, 3). The annual rank is based on the totals of all terms.
Yes. Set a passing average and how many subjects may fall below 50, apply the policy to a class, and publish the results.
Yes. Your school website gets an online admission form with document upload, and families can check the status of their application.
Yes. A supported biometric device can send each scan straight to EduLink, which marks the student or staff member present. Attendance can also be taken by hand, daily or per period.
At the school office as usual, or by bank transfer — parents upload the receipt from the portal and the office approves it.
Yes. With multi-branch, each school keeps its own database and the owner switches between them from one login.
No. Everyone signs in from a web browser, on a phone or a computer.
EduLink Tutor — families

Post a job with your child’s grade, what they need, online or in-person, and your budget. Verified tutors apply and you choose. You can also browse tutors and invite one to your job.
Using EduLink is free for families. You set your budget when you post a job — from ETB 340 per hour — and tutors list their own hourly rates.
Yes. When you post a job you can ask for a male tutor, a female tutor, or either — only matching tutors see the job.
Both. You choose when you post the job. For in-person lessons you add your address and can drop a pin on the map.
Once you hire a tutor, chat opens in the app and you can see each other’s contact details. Until then, contact details stay private.
Our team sets the weekly lesson schedule with you. If something changes, you or the tutor can request a reschedule in the app.
Yes — after you hire a tutor you can rate them from 1 to 5 stars and leave a comment. Only families who actually hired a tutor can review them.
Yes. Add each child with their grade and the subjects they need help with.
For tutors

University students in Ethiopia. Sign up with your university and department, upload your documents, and start applying once you are verified.
The app shows the exact list our team requires. You take a photo of each document right in the app.
We usually review documents within 48 hours. If a document is rejected, you’ll see the reason and can upload it again.
Yes. Add each subject with the grades you teach and your own hourly rate, and set the hours you’re available each week.
Open jobs are listed in the app, and every new job is also posted to our Telegram channel with an “Apply in EduLink” button.
Every verified tutor gets an ID card with a QR code, which you can save or share. Anyone who scans it can see that the card is real and active.
Yes. Switch off “Taking work” in your profile whenever you’re busy, and switch it back on when you’re ready.
EduLink Academy

An online academy at academy.edulinket.com. Expert instructors teach practical classes — in areas like development, design, cybersecurity, data and business — with lessons, quizzes, assignments, live classes and a certificate at the end.
Each class has its own monthly price, shown once you sign in. You only pay for the classes you join.
With Chapa — telebirr, CBE Birr or card — or by bank transfer: upload your receipt and our team approves it.
That class locks until you renew. Your progress, grades and certificates are kept and come back when you renew. Renewing early adds the new month on top of the time you have left.
Yes. Live sessions run in the browser or on Google Meet. You can join from 15 minutes before the start, and joining records your attendance.
Finish all the lessons in your class while your subscription is active, then claim your certificate. Each one has its own code and QR code that anyone can verify on the Academy’s verify page.
Yes. Register as an instructor and our team reviews your account. New lessons are checked before students see them.
Yes. Partner plans let a centre run its own classes, teachers and students inside the Academy. Apply at academy.edulinket.com/become-a-partner.
Safety & privacy

Our team checks every tutor’s documents before their profile goes live and can suspend anyone at any time. Reviews come only from families who hired the tutor.
Hold the SOS button in the app and our team receives your name, phone and live location, updated every couple of minutes until they respond.
No one, until a tutor is hired through EduLink. Then the family and the tutor can see each other’s contact details.
Yes. Protect it with a PIN or your fingerprint. Repeated wrong passwords also lock the account for a while.

The EduLink Tutors & Parents app is available on Android through Google Play.
Not yet — the app is in English today, and an Amharic version is coming.
The app tells you when a new version is ready and downloads it for you.
